The invention provides a bone repair hydrogel scaffold which comprises a high polymer gel carrier and mineralized nano bone particles, wherein the high polymer gel carrier comprises high polymer gel and a matrix metalloproteinase response peptide chain, the matrix metalloproteinase response peptide chain is directly crosslinked on the high polymer gel, and the bone repair hydrogel scaffold is formed by 3D printing under the excitation of ultraviolet light. In addition, the invention also relates to a preparation method of the bone repair hydrogel scaffold. The bone repair hydrogel scaffold has high porosity and mechanical strength, can intelligently respond to bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells or bone cell systems and promote tissue ingrowth and induce bone healing, and is simple in preparation method process and capable of being formed at one time. |
