abstract | The present invention provides Russia color fruits and its extract to prepare the purposes in antihypertensive drugs.The present invention studies influence of the different extracted parts in Russia color fruit (total extract part, water extract part, n-butanol extract part, methylene chloride extract part, petroleum ether extract part) to isolated rat aorta pectoralis blood vessel ring strain for the first time, and compared with Russia color fruit.As the result is shown, Russia color fruit does not make significant difference with vascular circle of the extract part to base state, there is different degrees of diastole effect to the pre-shrunk vascular circle of potassium chloride, is acted in each extract part with n-butanol portion, ethyl acetate extract, the diastole of methylene chloride position stronger. |
