titleOfInvention | Cucumber grafting method |
abstract | The invention discloses a cucumber grafting method, which comprises the following steps: (1) cutting the cucumber seedling along the basal part of the hypocotyl to obtain an initial cucumber scion; (2) soaking the initial cucumber scions in the mixed solution for 15-20 min; (3) cutting the soaked initial cucumber scion 1-1.5cm below the growth point of the cucumber scion at 30-35 deg. along the direction perpendicular to the cotyledon growing direction, and cutting off the part below the initial cucumber scion to obtain cucumber scion; cutting upwards at an angle of 30-35 degrees at a position 1-1.5cm below the growth point of the pumpkin seedling along a direction parallel to the cotyledon growing direction, and completely cutting off the part above the pumpkin seedling to obtain a pumpkin stock; (4) and (4) rapidly and tightly sticking the cuts of the cucumber scions obtained in the step (3) and the cuts of the pumpkin rootstocks together, and fixing the cuts and the cuts by using a sleeve. The method is simple to operate, is suitable for mechanical batch production, and has short healing period of grafting wound and high survival rate. |
