titleOfInvention Cuttage and rapid propagation seedling raising method for sea buckthorn tender shoots
abstract The invention belongs to the technical field of forest seedling raising, and provides a method for quickly breeding seedlings by cutting sea buckthorn tender shoots, which aims to overcome the defects of limited material of cutting slips by hard branch cutting and tender branch cutting and high labor cost for obtaining the cutting slips at present. Simultaneously taking thousands of spikes from a seedling of the perennial good-character sea-buckthorn stock plant, and rooting in 7-15 days. Compared with the method that the tender shoots are treated only by hormone, the treatment method of IBA, potassium permanganate and aspirin is adopted, and the survival rate of the grown roots is improved by 20 percent. The matrix used is preferably vermiculite: river sand is 1:1, no nutrient soil is added, and the mildew before the buds grow roots is effectively controlled by soaking and sterilizing the river sand by 0.1 percent potassium permanganate. The establishment of the sea-buckthorn clone seedling system can perform mass propagation on excellent sea-buckthorn stock plants in a short time, and has strong practicability. In addition, the method is simple to operate, low in cost and expense, capable of being used for production and easy to popularize.
