abstract A method for determining the content of ganoderic acid A and ganoderma triterpene components in a compound preparation is characterized in that: extracting a sample by using ethyl acetate and removing impurities by using n-hexane, purifying a sample solution by using a HZ816 solid phase extraction small column, fixing the volume, and passing through a membrane to obtain a detection sample; detecting the sample by using acetonitrile, methanol and water solution with gradient change as mobile phase of high performance liquid chromatography, and determining the content of ganoderic acid A and the content of Ganoderma triterpene component in the sample by using ganoderic acid A as reference substance. According to the invention, different solvents are used for removing and purifying the impurities of the sample, and the solid phase extraction column is used for purifying, so that the repeatability and the recovery rate are good; the method for measuring the ganoderic acid A by the high performance liquid chromatography is optimized, and the method has better precision, stability and separation degree; determining ganoderic acid A content in the preparation with ganoderic acid A as reference, identifying other Ganoderma triterpene components with retention time relative to ganoderic acid A, and determining its content by conversion with relative correction factor.
