titleOfInvention | Nervonic acid separating and purifying method |
abstract | The invention discloses a nervonic acid separation and purification method, which comprises the following operation steps of 1) obtaining a crude product of nervonic acid; (2) removing unsaponifiable matters from the nervonic acid crude product obtained in the step (1); (3) dissolving the nervonic acid crude product obtained in the step (2) into a chromatographic mobile phase, fixing the volume to obtain a sample solution with the mass concentration of 50-400g/L, continuously pumping the sample into a chromatographic sample injector prepared by 80-120atm for multiple times, and continuously injecting and separating; (4) detecting the sample separated in the step (3) by adopting a GC (gas chromatography) detection method; (5) and (4) carrying out low-temperature reduced pressure rotary evaporation on the eluent containing the nervonic acid obtained by the treatment in the step (3), and recovering the solvent to obtain a nervonic acid finished product. The technical scheme combines the fixed bed adsorption, liquid phase elution and gas phase detection modes, can operate a large number of crude nervonic acid products in a short period, has low energy consumption in the whole purification and separation process, can effectively recover and utilize byproducts, and has less waste generation amount. |
