Different microchannel heat exchange modules of the microchannel box set can be arranged between two fins of the upper cover plate and between two fins of the lower base plate in advance, and then the microchannel box set is assembled, so that the inconvenience of assembling a micro structure in a micro space and the system error caused by assembling are reduced.
