titleOfInvention | Nucleic acid composition for genetic anemia detection, detection kit and use method |
abstract | The invention relates to a nucleic acid composition for genetic anemia detection, a detection kit and a using method thereof. The nucleic acid composition and the detection kit for detecting the hereditary anemia can be used for simultaneously detecting the hereditary anemia and specific gene mutation types such as 4 deletion type alpha thalassemia genes, 3 non-deletion type alpha thalassemia genes, 19 mutant type beta thalassemia genes, sickle anemia genes and the like. Compared with the prior similar technology, the genetic anemia detection kit increases several mutation detection types of genetic anemia, such as alpha THAI Deficient thalassemia, sickle anemia and the 71/72(+ T) and-28M (A-C) mutations, two of the more rare types of beta-thalassemia. The added detection of the genetic anemia types can provide visual reference and prompt for clinical detection of the genetic anemia, so that the risk of missed detection of the clinical genetic anemia can be greatly reduced, and the birth rate of children with severe anemia is reduced. |
