abstract | The invention relates to the technical field of bioengineering, and provides a complex enzyme for hydrolyzing eggshell membrane, which comprises keratinase and alkaline protease in a mass ratio of 0.2-5: 1. The complex enzyme can make the eggshell membrane hydrolyzed more fully. The hydrolysis method of the eggshell membrane comprises the following steps: mixing the eggshell membrane dry powder with water, preserving heat for 10-240 minutes at 70-80 ℃, cooling to 50-55 ℃, and preserving heat to obtain an eggshell membrane liquid; adjusting the pH value of the eggshell membrane liquid to 8.0-8.5, adding a complex enzyme, and continuously preserving the temperature to obtain an eggshell membrane hydrolysis mixed liquid. The hydrolysis method can make eggshell membrane hydrolyzed sufficiently. The method for extracting the eggshell membrane hydrolysate comprises the method for hydrolyzing the eggshell membrane, adjusting the pH to 5.0-8.0, heating to 90-100 ℃, preserving the heat for 10-60 minutes, filtering, concentrating and spray drying. The hydrolysate obtained by the extraction method has high yield and good quality. The invention also provides the eggshell membrane hydrolysate prepared by the extraction method. |
