titleOfInvention | Schiff base charring agent containing triazine ring and synthesis method thereof |
abstract | The invention relates to a Schiff base charring agent containing triazine ring and a synthesis method thereof, which is characterized in that the structural formula of the Schiff base charring agent containing triazine ring is as follows: the synthesis method comprises the following steps: adding a solvent A into a container, adding cyanuric chloride, uniformly stirring to obtain a mixed solution, and dropwise adding a solution of a reactant M-XH and an acid-binding agent into the mixed solution to react to obtain a monobasic substitute mixed solution of the cyanuric chloride; directly dropwise adding the monobasic substitute mixed solution of cyanuric chloride into a reaction vessel containing diamine and an acid-binding agent for reaction to obtain a triazine ring-containing diamine compound; dissolving the obtained diamine compound containing the triazine ring and dialdehyde into a solvent B for reaction to obtain the Schiff base charring agent containing the triazine ring. Its advantage does: the reaction operation is simple, the yield is more than 92 percent, the 5 percent decomposition temperature is more than 250 ℃, the char formation rate is high, and the method can be used for flame retardant modification of polyolefin, elastomer, rubber and the like. |
