abstract |
The invention belongs to the field of new materials in organic solar cells (OSCs) and perovskite solar cells (PVSCs), and more specifically relates to a squarylium polymer, its preparation method and application. The high-molecular polymer uses the segment formed by the covalent connection of asymmetric squarylium and indaprothiophene as the copolymerization unit. The high-molecular polymer has a simple synthesis process, good light-absorbing performance, and high hole mobility. The highest efficiencies obtained were 6.35% and 18.29% for organic solar cell donor materials and hole transport materials in trans-perovskite solar cells, respectively. |
