The invention also provides a preparation method of the blue light damage resistant compound, which comprises the steps of weighing the components of the traditional Chinese medicine raw materials, and preparing an extract through extraction, filtration, sedimentation, centrifugation, microfiltration membrane treatment and concentration process stages; and dissolving the extract into liquid with the mass fraction of 0.1-10%, thus obtaining the blue light damage resistant compound. The compound capable of resisting blue light damage has strong absorption in the blue light region waveband of 400-480 nm, and has the effects of oxidation resistance and repair. The blue light resistant compound provided by the invention has an obvious effect, is high in safety by combining a traditional Chinese medicine technology, and can be applied to cosmetics.
