titleOfInvention | Preparation method of nano-silver-containing hydrophilic polypropylene fiber non-woven fabric |
abstract | The invention discloses a preparation method of a nano-silver-containing hydrophilic polypropylene non-woven fabric, which comprises the following steps: treating the polypropylene non-woven fabric by adopting oxygen plasma or air plasma; soaking the modified polypropylene non-woven fabric into a mixed solution containing pectin and soluble silver salt for drying; treating the dried polypropylene non-woven fabric by using hydrogen plasma; and (3) immersing the treated polypropylene non-woven fabric into a solution of a cross-linking agent and a precipitating agent for reaction, washing and drying to obtain the nano-silver hydrophilic non-woven fabric. The preparation method of the hydrophilic polypropylene fiber non-woven fabric containing nano-silver is simple, the preparation cost is low, the batch production is easy, the hydrophilic, antibacterial and antistatic polypropylene fiber non-woven fabric can be prepared, the application range is expanded, and the hydrophilic polypropylene fiber non-woven fabric containing nano-silver has wide market prospect and practical value. |
