titleOfInvention | Catalyst for preparing diethylenetriamine by hydrogenation of ethylenediamine and preparation method thereof |
abstract | The invention relates to a catalyst for preparing diethylenetriamine by hydrogenation of ethylenediamine and a preparation method thereof, which aim to solve the problems of low activity and low selectivity of the existing catalyst. The catalyst takes alumina as a carrier, and simultaneously contains 0.1-3 wt% of one or two or more rare earth elements, 5-30 wt% of one or two or more elements of nickel, copper, iron, cobalt, zinc or tin and 0.1-5 wt% of palladium based on the total weight of the catalyst. The catalyst is prepared by a coating method, palladium and rare earth elements are coated on a carrier, and then other elements are coated. The catalyst of the invention is applied to the reaction of catalyzing the hydrogenation of ethylenediamine to prepare diethylenetriamine, can obviously improve the reaction activity and the product selectivity, and has high industrial application value. |
