The invention discloses a titanium dioxide-based porous block and a preparation method and application thereof, wherein the preparation method of the titanium dioxide-based porous block comprises the following steps: (1) taking N-N-dimethylacetamide, chitin and lithium chloride as raw materials, and blending to prepare a sol system; (2) blending nano titanium dioxide, a carbon material and a low-melting-point metal with the sol system, uniformly mixing, adding a pore-forming agent, and curing to obtain a gel block; (3) dissolving out the pore-forming agent in the gel block by using the pore-forming agent dissolving agent, and then preparing the titanium dioxide-based porous block by drying and sintering processes. The titanium dioxide-based porous block prepared by the process has high porosity and high specific surface area, can provide more reaction sites for photocatalytic reaction, has higher photocatalytic efficiency, and simultaneously has good overall mechanical properties and no powder blanking phenomenon. |
