The conductivity of the material is improved by doping the graphene and the polypyrrole; the cobalt-nickel double metal hydroxide is distributed on the surface of the substrate material, so that the conductivity of the material is improved, the preparation process is simple, the excellent electrochemical property is shown, and the cobalt-nickel double metal hydroxide can be used as an electrode material of a super capacitor.
