The preparation method of the target cell CCC-3T3 comprises the following steps: transferring the fusion protein gene of the Caveolin-1 and caspase-3 into a mouse fibroblast by a lentivirus transfection method to obtain a CC-3T3 cell for expressing the fusion protein; then transferring the CAR-T cell target antigen gene into CC-3T3 cells by using a lentivirus transfection method to obtain target cells CCC-3T 3. The target cell CCC-3T3 has low killing background, is sensitive to a killing signal, and can accurately reflect the specific killing capacity of effector cells. |
