abstract | The invention relates to a preparation method of a dynamic covalent cross-linking agent containing a boric acid ester bond, which comprises the following steps: dissolving a first small molecule and a second small molecule in an organic solvent, wherein one end of the first small molecule is ortho-dihydroxy, and the other end of the first small molecule is amino; one end of the second micromolecule is isocyanate/acyl chloride, the other end of the second micromolecule is a polymerizable carbon-carbon double bond, and then the second micromolecule reacts at the temperature of 20-30 ℃ in a protective atmosphere to enable amino to react with the isocyanate/acyl chloride, so that a polymerizable double bond monomer with dihydroxy at the tail end is obtained; the monomer containing dihydroxy at the end reacts with the aqueous solution containing tetrahydroxy borate at the temperature of 20-30 ℃. The invention also provides a preparation method of the self-repairing hydrogel based on the dynamic covalent cross-linking agent, which comprises the following steps: dissolving a dynamic covalent cross-linking agent containing a boric acid ester bond and a water-soluble vinyl monomer into water, and carrying out free radical polymerization on the obtained aqueous solution to obtain the hydrogel. The hydrogel prepared by the invention has ultra-long tensile property and rapid self-repairing property. |
