The invention provides a high temperature resistant, heat insulation and wave transmission ceramic matrix composite material and a preparation method thereof, wherein kaolin, alumina and industrial alumina sol are used as raw materials, mineralizer and sintering aid are used as auxiliary materials, pore-forming agent is added, and mullite porous ceramic with high porosity is prepared through glue removal and sintering processes; the preparation method has the beneficial effects that the low-temperature preparation of the porous mullite is realized by reasonably selecting the raw materials, the cost of the raw materials is reduced, and meanwhile, the production energy consumption is reduced; the drying process of the aerogel is simplified, and the preparation period is shortened; the prepared material has the characteristics of low density, high temperature resistance and low heat conductivity, and has excellent wave-transmitting performance. |
