abstract | The invention discloses a vascular endothelial growth factor loaded microsphere and an injectable composite microsphere hydrogel solution prepared by using the same, wherein the preparation method of the vascular endothelial growth factor loaded microsphere comprises the following steps: 1) preparing a linear PLGA-mPEG block copolymer; 2) preparing microspheres: dissolving the linear PLGA-mPEG segmented copolymer in dichloromethane to obtain solution A, dissolving VEGF and BSA in deionized water to obtain solution B, mixing the solution A and the solution B, homogenizing and emulsifying under an ice bath condition, adding a polyvinyl alcohol aqueous solution, mixing, separating to obtain a precipitate, washing the precipitate, and freeze-drying to obtain the vascular endothelial growth factor loaded microsphere. The preparation method comprises the steps of firstly preparing VEGF-loaded linear PLGA-mPEG microspheres, then preparing injectable composite hydrogel solution from composite endothelial cells to prepare hydrogel, detecting the cell activity in the composite hydrogel, and finally verifying the vascularization degree through animal experiments, wherein the preparation method can be used in the fields of femoral head and bone regeneration and the like. |
