The invention discloses an edoxaban tablet, which consists of edoxaban tosylate or its monohydrate, a surfactant, a pH regulator, a dissolution enhancer, a filler, a disintegrating agent, a coating agent, lubricant and water; here, edoxaban toluenesulfonate or its monohydrate, surfactant, pH regulator and dissolution enhancer are dissolved in an aqueous solution, and then granulated to obtain a granulated product.
