titleOfInvention Cultivation method of selenium-rich lettuce
abstract The invention provides a cultivation method of selenium-rich lettuce. The cultivation method comprises the following steps: 1) performing water culture on lettuce seedlings for 7-14 days by using a first water culture nutrient solution to obtain lettuce seedlings; the selenium content in the first water culture nutrient solution is 0.1-0.2 mg/L; 2) carrying out water culture on the lettuce plantlets obtained in the step 1) for 7-21 days by using a second water culture nutrient solution; the selenium content in the second water culture nutrient solution is 0.3-0.5 mg/L; 3) carrying out water culture on the lettuce plantlets obtained in the step 2) by using the first water culture nutrient solution. The cultivation method of the selenium-rich lettuce provided by the invention is used for carrying out water cultivation and selenium enrichment on the lettuce, the selenium enrichment capacity is stronger, and meanwhile, the pollution to soil and the pollution of heavy metal in the soil to vegetables are reduced.
