abstract | The invention discloses a new method for recycling waste paper, which comprises the following steps: and (3) crushing the waste paper by using a self-made efficient deinking agent NEW-1 under normal temperature and neutral conditions to obtain deinked pulp. The pulping waste water can be recycled after being adsorbed, flocculated and settled by a self-made inorganic/organic polymer composite material; and decomposing and purifying the calcium carbonate in the deinking sludge by using acidic ammonium salt, and converting the cyclic ammonium carbonate to obtain the light calcium carbonate. Compared with the prior alkaline deinking process, the method realizes circular economy and has the advantages of short flow, low energy consumption, low cost, cleanness and environmental protection. |
