abstract | A self-emulsifying water-based alkyd resin and a self-emulsifying water-based alkyd paint and a preparation method thereof are provided, wherein the self-emulsifying water-based alkyd resin has a solid content of 80 +/-1% and a transparent appearance; the self-emulsifying water-based alkyd paint is prepared by taking self-emulsifying water-based alkyd resin as a base material, mixing and stirring with pigment, filler, drier, neutralizer, deionized water, defoamer, substrate wetting agent, dispersant and thickener, and has the nonvolatile content of 45-55, the hardness of 0.3-0.5 and the VOC content of less than 100 g/L; the preparation method mainly comprises a) preparing pigment and filler slurry and b) mixing; the self-emulsifying water-based alkyd paint can reach or approach the performance of solvent-based paint, and is mainly used for building enamel, wood primer, anticorrosion primer, agricultural machinery, construction machinery, trains, trams, buses and steel reinforced beam coating systems. |
