abstract | The invention relates to the field of polymerization reaction, and discloses an ethylene polymerization method and polyethylene prepared by the method. The ethylene polymerization method comprises the step of carrying out polymerization reaction on ethylene in the presence of a catalyst under polymerization reaction conditions, wherein the catalyst contains a double-pore spherical mesoporous composite material and a magnesium salt and/or a titanium salt loaded on the double-pore spherical mesoporous composite material, and the double-pore spherical mesoporous composite material is prepared by a preparation method comprising the following steps: (1) preparing a mesoporous material filter cake; (2) preparing a silica gel filter cake; (3) and respectively or after mixing, carrying out ball milling on the mesoporous material filter cake and the silica gel filter cake, washing a ball-milled product by using a ceramic membrane filter, and then carrying out spray drying to obtain the spherical mesoporous composite material. The method uses a supported catalyst with high activity, and can obtain polyethylene products with lower bulk density and melt index. |
