abstract The invention discloses a microbial preparation for low-temperature soil remediation, which comprises a cold-resistant pseudogymnosperm rhodochrous HD1031 microbial inoculum, an aerobic denitrifying cold-resistant Acinetobacter johnsonii DBP-3 microbial inoculum and immobilized oxidoreductase; the immobilized oxidoreductase consists of immobilized acanthroot peroxidase and immobilized soil polyphenol oxidase. The invention also discloses a preparation method and application of the microbial preparation. The microbial preparation for low-temperature soil remediation has the removal rate of tebuconazole pesticide and organophosphorus pesticide of more than 86%, and the removal rate of ammonia nitrogen of more than 85%, which is far higher than the removal rates in the prior art and the comparative example of the invention, so that the composite microbial preparation for low-temperature treatment can effectively remediate polluted soil, has a simple preparation method, is suitable for large-scale production, brings benefits to remote low-temperature areas, and solves the problem of environmental pollution which needs to be solved at present.
