titleOfInvention | Preparation process of ropivacaine mesoporous bioactive glass composite microspheres |
abstract | The invention relates to a preparation process of ropivacaine mesoporous bioactive glass composite microspheres, which comprises the following steps: step 1: SiO 2 2 Preparing a colloidal crystal template; step 2: preparing an inverse colloidal crystal carbon template; and step 3: preparing MBGs; and 4, step 4: loading of drugs in MBGs; and 5: preparing composite microspheres; in step 5, firstly, uniformly dispersing MBGs and medicine-carrying-MBGs powder, flatly paving the powder on a flat, smooth and high-surface-strength plane, pressing the other flat, smooth and high-hardness surface on the MBGs and the medicine-carrying-MBGs powder for pressurization, adjusting the pressurization pressure, then dropwise adding a chloroform solution of PEG and PLA-PEG around the MBGs and the medicine-carrying-MBGs powder, wetting, and keeping ventilation at normal temperature until the chloroform is completely volatilized. |
