abstract The invention relates to a preparation method of a PM-SAP composite material with a rigid skeleton structure, which adopts the technical scheme that raw material powder, a pore regulator and water are uniformly mixed to obtain raw material lumps, and then the raw material lumps are dried, calcined and crushed to obtain a porous rigid PM skeleton; and then soaking the porous rigid PM framework into liquid SAP gel for loading and assembling, and then drying to obtain the PM-SAP composite material with the rigid framework structure. The invention has simple process, high water absorption, high water retention and high mechanical strength, can realize multiple water release regulation and control of PM/SAP structure and high-efficiency utilization of internal maintenance water, and has good application potential.
