titleOfInvention | Substrate search method for LRR receptor kinase |
abstract | The invention provides a substrate searching method of LRR receptor kinase, which comprises the following steps: s1: incubating an LRR receptor kinase with ATP- γ -S to obtain a first mixture; s2: incubating the first mixture with total protein of the tissue enriched for the LRR receptor kinase to obtain a second mixture; s3: incubating the second mixture with PNBM to obtain a third mixture; s4: removing PNBM in the third mixture to obtain a fourth mixture; s5: incubating the fourth mixture with pretreated protein G agarose and centrifuging to obtain a first supernatant; s6: incubating the phosphorothioate-resistant monoclonal antibody coupled with protein G agarose with the first supernatant to obtain a first precipitate; s7: analyzing the first precipitate to determine a substrate for the LRR receptor kinase. |
