abstract | The invention discloses an application method of a catalyst for synthesizing cyclic carbonate ester based on normal temperature and pressure, which relates to the field of chemical reaction engineering and comprises the following steps: using an epoxy compound and carbon dioxide as reactants, using a main catalyst which is morpholine ionic liquid or ionic liquid crystal, using a cocatalyst which is a metal inorganic salt with a chemical formula of MY, reacting at 25-40 ℃ for 1-24 hours in the absence of an organic solvent, wherein the reaction pressure is 0.1Mpa, and the molar ratio of the reactants to the catalyst is 100: 1-10: 1, carrying out cycloaddition reaction on the epoxy compound and carbon dioxide to obtain the cyclic carbonate. The method has the advantages of mild and friendly reaction conditions, capability of being carried out at normal temperature and normal pressure, simple process, adjustable structure, good stability, easy separation, repeated use for many times, unchanged catalytic activity, low price of the cocatalyst and the main catalyst and high activity, and simultaneously takes the morpholine ionic liquid or the ionic liquid crystal as the main catalyst. |
