titleOfInvention | A method for preparing 3-isopropyl-4-amino-1,2,4-triazolin-5-one |
abstract | The invention discloses a method for preparing 3-isopropyl-4-amino-1,2,4-triazoline-5-one, comprising: step 1, in n-butanol solvent, at a reaction temperature of 50-50 At 150°C, react isobutyric acid and hydrazine hydrate to generate isobutyrhydrazide; step 2, at a reaction temperature of 0-60°C, react the isobutyrhydrazide reaction solution synthesized in step 1 with phosgene or solid light and n-butanol as a solvent to react to generate butyl 2-isobutylcarbazinate; step 3, in an alkaline solution, at a reaction temperature of 80 to 120°C, the 2-isobutyl synthesized in step 2 butyl carbazate and hydrazine hydrate to generate 3-isopropyl-4-amino-1,2,4-triazolin-5-one and n-butanol. The present invention uses a single n-butanol as a solvent in the whole reaction process without separation in the middle process, and has the advantages of simple reaction system, fast reaction speed and less "three wastes"; n-butanol can be used mechanically repeatedly; and the synthesis method yield is as high as 85%. |
