titleOfInvention | Vinyl chloride-vinyl acetate copolymer particles and automobile lower body coating agent |
abstract | The present invention provides vinyl chloride-vinyl acetate copolymer particles and a coating agent, particularly an application represented by a coating layer of an automobile lower body or a sealant for an automobile, which have a small change in viscosity of a sol with time when kneaded with a plasticizer and have excellent mechanical strength at low-temperature processing. The vinyl chloride-vinyl acetate copolymer particles are a vinyl chloride-vinyl acetate copolymer having a continuous distribution of a vinyl acetate residue unit content in the range of 0to 30% by weight, a maximum value of 1 in the distribution, an average degree of polymerization of 1500 to 3000, and an average vinyl acetate residue unit content of 5 to 15% by weight, and the average primary particle diameter of the vinyl chloride-vinyl acetate copolymer is 1 to 2 μm. |
