titleOfInvention Processing method of waste leftover materials of adhesive sticker
abstract The invention provides a method for treating waste adhesive leftover materials, which comprises the steps of putting the waste adhesive leftover materials into a reaction kettle, filling an organic solvent, stirring and crushing under a sealed condition, heating to 40-70 ℃, preserving heat for 0.5-3h, separating a solvent mixture from slurry fibers through a centrifugal machine, drying and recycling the slurry fibers, distilling the organic solvent dissolved with an adhesive through a distillation kettle, separating the organic solvent from the adhesive, and recycling the adhesive left after distillation. The process method is simple to operate, convenient and easy to implement, and can effectively recover the pulp fibers and the adhesive in the waste adhesive leftover materials, so that the pulp fibers and the adhesive can be repeatedly used, materials are saved, and secondary pollution to the environment is reduced.
