titleOfInvention Microwave-assisted extraction method of hawthorn polysaccharide
abstract The invention discloses a microwave-assisted extraction method of hawthorn polysaccharide, which comprises the following steps: removing core from fresh fructus crataegi, oven drying to constant weight, and pulverizing to obtain fructus crataegi powder; adding petroleum ether into the hawthorn powder, stirring, filtering, and drying to constant weight to obtain processed hawthorn powder; and adding distilled water into the treated hawthorn powder, fully mixing the mixture to be used as an extracted base material, performing microwave-assisted extraction, centrifuging the mixture after extraction is finished, and concentrating the supernatant to 28-32% of the original volume to obtain the hawthorn polysaccharide extracting solution. The microwave-assisted extraction method of the hawthorn polysaccharide firstly pretreats the material and then combines a high-efficiency microwave extraction method, thereby improving the yield of the polysaccharide.
