titleOfInvention Synthesis method of 1-cyclohexene-1, 2-dicarboximide
abstract The invention discloses a synthesis method of 1-cyclohexene-1, 2-dicarboximide. Phthalimide and hydrogen are used as raw materials, and 1-cyclohexene-1, 2-dicarboximide is prepared with high yield under the catalysis of a catalyst. The invention achieves the purpose of avoiding side reaction by changing the process conditions, and finally realizes high selectivity and high conversion rate of the reaction; the reaction solution is subjected to simple distillation and crystallization filtration to obtain a product with the mass fraction of more than 98%; the low-temperature reaction is realized by adding the palladium-carbon catalyst containing 5% of palladium-carbon and 60% of palladium-carbon in dry basis mass as the catalyst, and the reaction conversion rate can reach more than 93% at most.
