abstract | The invention discloses a method for recovering feed-grade zinc oxide from basic zinc chloride production mother liquor. The preparation method comprises the following steps: s1, carrying out calcium and magnesium removal treatment on basic zinc chloride mother liquor to obtain calcium and magnesium removed mother liquor; s2, preparing a mixed alkali solution of strong alkali and weak alkali; and S3, heating the calcium and magnesium removal mother liquor, adding a mixed alkali solution, adjusting the pH value of a reaction system, performing ammonia distillation reaction, discharging, washing and drying to obtain a feed-grade zinc oxide product. The method uses basic zinc chloride production mother liquor without calcium and magnesium and a mixed alkali solution of strong base and weak base with a specific molar ratio as raw materials to react under the condition of heating to directly synthesize a zinc oxide product, and roasting is not needed in the preparation process, so that the preparation energy consumption is greatly reduced. In addition, the waste water can be simply treated and recycled, the subsequent treatment is simple and environment-friendly, and the feed-grade zinc oxide product can be widely applied to the field of feed additives, so that the environment-friendly high-valued utilization of the basic zinc chloride production mother liquor is realized. |
