titleOfInvention | Rivastigmine transdermal patch and preparation method thereof |
abstract | The invention discloses a rivastigmine transdermal patch and a preparation method thereof, the method comprises dispersing rivastigmine or salt thereof, phospholipid and water-soluble auxiliary materials in an organic solvent, and removing the solvent by a spray drying method or a reduced pressure drying method to prepare powder; preparing an adhesive layer consisting of liquid paraffin and a styrene-isoprene-styrene block copolymer, heating the adhesive layer composition at the temperature of 55-70 ℃ for 2-10 h, uniformly filling the medicine powder on the surface of the adhesive layer, and cooling to the normal temperature at the average cooling speed of 1-15 ℃/h to prepare the transdermal patch. The pharmaceutical composition prepared by the invention can inhibit the precipitation of active drug crystals in the patch with high drug loading capacity as much as possible, improve the transdermal release rate of the active drug rivastigmine, and has small drug irritation. |
