titleOfInvention | Method for quantitatively detecting beta-receptor blocker medicines in dairy products |
abstract | The invention discloses a method for quantitatively detecting beta-receptor blocker medicines in dairy products. The method comprises the following steps: adjusting the pH value of the milk product to be alkaline after enzymolysis so as to obtain an enzymolysis sample; mixing the sample subjected to enzymolysis with an extraction solvent to obtain a crude product of a sample extracting solution; performing solid-phase extraction on the crude product of the sample extracting solution so as to obtain a purified sample extracting solution; volatilizing the purified sample extracting solution and redissolving to obtain a solution to be detected; and detecting the solution to be detected by using HPLC-Q-OrbitrapMRMS so as to obtain the concentration of the beta-receptor blocker drug in the dairy product. The method has the advantages of high separation efficiency, accurate identification, convenient operation, rapid detection and good reproducibility. |
