abstract | The invention discloses a method for measuring chlorophyll content of plants, which comprises the following steps of: preprocessing the chlorophyll extracting solution image; constructing a region chain for the preprocessed image; carrying out noise reduction processing on the preliminarily constructed region chain; defining an effective area, and recalculating an effective area chain according to the effective area; loading a chlorophyll extract image, and calculating G, L values in an effective area; and calculating exposure intensity parameters, and selecting an empirical function according to the exposure intensity parameters to calculate the chlorophyll content. A chlorophyll extraction apparatus is also disclosed. The invention is suitable for rapid batch determination; the measurement of a standard value is combined, so that systematic errors are reduced; the invention is not limited by a spectrum determinator and is not limited by time and space of testing; the content of chlorophyll in the plant leaves can be observed without a spectrophotometer, and the method is more suitable for measuring the mixed sample of chlorophyll and other pigments. The invention has low test cost, simple method and easy operation. |
