The invention provides a sprayable and paintable sealant and a preparation method thereof. The sealant provided by the invention contains 60-120 parts of silane-modified polyurethane, 20-60 parts of dearomatized solvent oil, 20-40 parts of plasticizer, 1-10 parts of silane dehydrating agent, and 1-10 parts of silane coupling agent , 0.1 to 6 parts of chelated tin catalyst, 0.5 to 10 parts of thixotropic agent, 80.5 to 185 parts of filler, 0.1 to 3 parts of anti-ultraviolet agent and 0.1 to 3 parts of light stabilizer, and the silane-modified polyurethane is selected from terminal group One or more of trimethoxysilyl polyurethane and methyldimethoxysilyl end group polyurethane.
