titleOfInvention | Calibration method for oil contamination degree analyzer |
abstract | The invention discloses a calibration method of an oil contamination degree analyzer, which is characterized in that a controllable gravimetric sedimentation and ultrasonic screening technology is adopted to prepare a dry powder quasi-monodisperse MTD particle standard substance with 7 particle size distributions, which obey normal distribution and have a standard deviation of less than 30%, wherein the nominal particle size of the standard substance covers the common measurement range of the oil contamination degree analyzer, and the particle number concentration can be randomly configured according to requirements, so that the standard substance can meet the calibration of particle size barriers of the oil contamination degree analyzer in different concentration ranges. The uncertainty of the obtained dry powder quasi-monodisperse MTD particle standard substance is less than 3% (k is 2) and is far lower than the fixed value uncertainty of the existing polydisperse MTD standard substance, and enough particle quantity can be measured and counted in the calibration process of each particle size gear, so that the measurement repeatability of the calibration process is improved. Therefore, the uncertainty of the calibration result of the oil contamination analyzer is greatly improved and is better than 6% (k is 2). |
