abstract | The invention belongs to the technical field of superfine fiber synthetic leather, and particularly relates to an auxiliary agent with high color fastness for dyeing superfine fiber synthetic leather and a preparation method thereof, wherein the preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) modifying sepiolite fibers; (2) acidifying chitosan, and mixing the chitosan with the modified sepiolite fibers in the step (1); (3) dropwise adding a NaOH solution into the mixture system obtained in the step (2) in the stirring process, adjusting the pH value to 8-12, and continuously stirring for 30-60 min to obtain the auxiliary agent for dyeing the superfine fiber synthetic leather; according to the invention, the surface of the modified sepiolite fiber is coated with chitosan, and the molecular structure of the chitosan has more hydroxyl and amino, so that more hydrogen bonds can be formed with the fiber, thereby realizing a better combination effect, improving the combination efficiency of the auxiliary agent and the superfine fiber synthetic leather, and solving the problems that the existing superfine synthetic leather has less active groups on the surface of the fiber, and cannot ensure the dye uptake and poor washing fastness. |
