abstract | The invention discloses a preparation method and application of a polyurethane high-efficiency smoke suppressant. The invention firstly adopts a clean process method to prepare the hydrotalcite polyurethane high-efficiency smoke suppressant, and then further modifies the hydrotalcite polyurethane high-efficiency smoke suppressant to obtain the surface-modified polyurethane high-efficiency smoke suppressant. The polyurethane high-efficiency smoke suppressant prepared by the invention has the following characteristics: 1. the adjustable specific surface area is 30-300m under the action of a flexible barrier layer of a high molecular emulsifier 2 (ii)/g; 2. the adjustable length-thickness ratio range is 10-100 by reducing the supersaturation degree in the crystallization process; 3. the modifier suitable for the polyurethane system is adopted to carry out beneficial modification on the hydrotalcite smoke suppressant, so that the dispersibility and compatibility of the hydrotalcite in the polyurethane system are improved, and the mechanical property of the material is improved. The smoke suppressant prepared by the invention can obviously reduce the smoke density of a polyurethane product during combustion at low addition level, and can improve the smoke suppression performance and the mechanical property of the polyurethane product. |
