abstract | The invention relates to a synthesis method of novel chiral nitrobinaphthol and derivatives thereof, belonging to the field of organic synthesis. The invention provides a novel green free radical nitration method, using chiral binaphthol as a raw material, and a green nitration reagent tert-butyl nitrite (TBN) at room temperature, using tetrahydrofuran as a reaction solvent to undergo a free radical nitration reaction , to obtain chiral nitrobinaphthol. The invention does not use metal to participate in the reaction, and utilizes tert-butyl nitrite to directly participate in the nitration reaction. The reaction of the invention only generates products and tert-butanol, which reduces environmental pollution. The invention has important application prospects in the field of chiral nitrobinaphthol synthesis, realizes green nitration in a true sense, and provides a new idea for large-scale industrial production of nitrobinaphthol. |
