The invention discloses a graphene-based composite film with high thermal conductivity and a preparation method thereof. In terms of mass percentage of solid raw material, the raw material composition of the graphene-based composite film is: 40-70% graphene oxide, 30-60% stabilizer, 1-3% surfactant and 1-10% enhancer; during preparation, the graphene oxide dispersion, stabilizer, surfactant and enhancer dispersion are mixed ultrasonically and stirred evenly to obtain a graphene oxide-based composite dispersion, and the solution film-forming method is used to obtain a graphene oxide-based composite film, and finally a graphene-based composite film is obtained through a second hot-press reduction process. The graphene-based composite film of the present invention has a controllable thickness of 10-50 microns, a surface-to-surface thermal conductivity of 800-1600W m -1 k -1 at room temperature, a tensile strength of 10-30MPa, and no damage when bent at 180°. |
