abstract | The invention relates to a carbon dioxide methane reforming catalyst and a preparation method thereof, which comprises the steps of firstly preparing Co-Mg-Al alcogel with a certain Co mass percentage by a sol-gel method, ultrasonically dispersing the alcogel into an ethanol solution with a certain noble metal content, then carrying out supercritical drying treatment on the gel-ethanol mixed system containing the noble metal, and finally roasting in an air atmosphere to obtain the Co-noble metal bimetallic aerogel catalyst. According to the invention, different reducing abilities of Co and noble metal and different interactions with a carrier material are utilized, the active metal and metal-carrier interactions in the catalyst are adjusted through the change of the noble metal/Co ratio, Co and noble metal generate excellent synergistic effect, and the catalytic activity can be improved by more than 30% compared with that of a single-metal Co-based or noble metal-based aerogel catalyst; in the interval, the Co-noble metal bimetal aerogel catalyst can obtain excellent carbon dioxide and methane peroxide reforming activity and stability. |
