The invention relates to a chimeric antigen receptor of a cell of a target expression PMSA surface antigen, which comprises a PSMA antigen binding domain, a transmembrane domain and an intracellular signal domain, wherein the amino acid sequence of the PSMA binding domain is shown as SEQ ID NO. 1. The invention also relates to nucleic acids encoding the chimeric antigen receptors, and to recombinant expression vectors expressing the chimeric antigen receptors. The CAR-T cell can effectively and specifically target malignant cells expressing PMSA surface antigen by expressing the chimeric antigen receptor in the T cell, thereby providing a more efficient method for treating tumors expressing PMSA surface antigen, such as prostatic cancer and the like. |
