titleOfInvention | Cadinane sesquiterpenoids, and preparation and application thereof |
abstract | The invention relates to the field of pesticides, in particular to a cadinane sesquiterpenoid compound derived from epiphytic fungi of seaweed, a preparation method thereof and application thereof in the aspect of killing pests. The preparation method comprises inoculating Trichoderma viride (Trichoderma virens) Y13-3 of epiphytic fungi of seaweed into a fungus culture medium for fermentation culture, and separating and purifying the fermentation product to obtain the cadinane sesquiterpene compound shown in formula (I). The insecticidal activity experiment shows that the half lethal concentration of the compound on artemia is 21 micrograms/ml. |
