abstract |
Provided are a semiconductor module and a converter device. The semiconductor module includes: a first conductive plate; a first switching element placed on the first conductive plate; a second conductive plate arranged on the first switching element; a second switching element stacked on the second conductive plate plate; the third conductive plate, which is arranged on the second switching element; and the first control terminal and the second control terminal. Each switching element is formed using silicon carbide. On the second lower conductive plate surface of the second conductive plate, a protrusion protrudes from the second lower conductive plate surface to the upper surface of the first element and is joined to the first upper electrode. |
