abstract | A water-based lubricant and a preparation method thereof are disclosed, wherein, the rubber seed oil and epichlorohydrin are subjected to epoxy ring-opening reaction; performing a ring-closing reaction under the action of sodium hydroxide and calcium oxide to obtain rubber seed oil-based epoxy; the rubber seed oil-based epoxy obtained in the first step and an alcohol amine compound are subjected to ring opening reaction in an inert organic solvent; obtaining rubber seed oil-based polyalcohol amine; carrying out esterification reaction on alcohol or alcohol ether, rubber seed oil-based polyalcohol amine and a phosphorus oxychloride compound in an inert organic solvent; obtaining rubber seed oil base extreme pressure alcohol or rubber seed oil base extreme pressure ether; the rubber seed oil base extreme pressure alcohol or the rubber seed oil base extreme pressure ether is dissolved in the cellulose derivative water solution, and the stable green environment-friendly water-based lubricant is obtained by utilizing the interaction of hydrogen bonds. The green environment-friendly water-based lubricant prepared by the method has multiple effects of lubricity, environmental protection and extreme pressure antiwear. |
